Detailed Itinerary of the 12 Days Gorillas, Serengeti & Lake Manyara Tour in Tanzania 2023

Day 1: Arrive then to Hotel

Reach the Entebbe International Airport where you are picked up by a driver guide to take you to your hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Cassia Lodge Buziga.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park

Have breakfast then embark on journey to the South West of Uganda via Mbarara Town. Have lunch en-route at Agip Motel Mbarara then after continue on your journey to the Park and on reaching the Park check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Forest National Park

Enjoy breakfast then get to the park headquarters for briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas then later in allocated groups of 8 with a lead park ranger, enter the green forest to trek the rare species of Mountain Gorillas for a period of 3-5 hours along the trails.

After a while you meet the Gorillas then in a period of one hour stay in their presence taking many photos to keep.

When finished trekking the Gorillas. Return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to traverse to Tanzania (Arusha)

Enjoy breakfast then proceed on journey to traverse the Uganda Tanzania border. Lunch, snacks are had en-route then later you shall reach Arusha in Tanzania. Dinner and Overnight. Savannah Hotel Arusha.

Day 5: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After your breakfast, get onto a journey to Serengeti National Park. You shall pass via Karatu. Here you have lunch then continue to Serengeti National park and on reaching here, enjoy en-route Game Drives watching wildlife wander around their natural habitat then after proceed to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 6: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti

Early morning breakfast at 6:00 am then at 6:30 am with packed lunch embark on journey to the Park for a full Day Game Drive. You drive along various tracks watching wildlife wander around their natural vegetation habitat. With your binoculars, camera, take many photos then at midday break off to have your packed lunch. Later proceed back on another session of the Game Drive till late evening then after proceed back to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

Day 7: Another Game Drive in Serengeti

Enjoy breakfast then later transfer to the Park for another Game Drive along the various tracks. Watch many wildlife animals, take photos then after return back to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park

Wake up have breakfast then later transfer to Lake Manyara National Park. You transfer for a shorter while then when you get the park, proceed to check-n lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge.

Day 9: Full Day Game Drive in Lake Manyara

Morning breakfast at 6:00 am then at 6:30 am with packed lunch embark on journey to the Park for a full Day Game Drive. You drive along various tracks watching wildlife wander around their natural vegetation habitat. With your binoculars, camera, take many photos then at midday break off to have your packed lunch. Later proceed back on another session of the Game Drive till late evening then after proceed back to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge.

Day 10: Another Game Drive in Lake Manyara

Breakfast in the morning and transfer to the Park for another Game Drive along the various tracks. Watch many wildlife animals, take photos then after return back to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge.

Day 11: Transfer to Moshi or Arusha

Breakfast then transfer to Moshi or Arusha. Transfer for some hours then after you shall reach Moshi or Arusha where you check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. The Secret Garden Hotel.

Day 12: Depart to Kilimanjaro International Airport

Breakfast in the morning then with your luggage embark on transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport to board flight back home.
